One plan. Everyone who helps.

A care circle is the group already doing the work — family, paid caregivers, a coordinator. Today each of them holds a piece of it, and somebody spends their evenings on the phone joining the pieces up. VivaLynx is the mobile app and web platform that holds the one plan they all work from.

A day in the life, covered

Everything one day asks of a care circle, and the one place they all see it from.

One person in her care circle: their photo, that their access is active, what they are to her, and a button to call them.
The daily check-in: how she is feeling, a rating for any pain, a box for anything else, and an optional bowel log.
Her readings: heart rate, blood oxygen, blood glucose and weight, each stamped with its time and the device it arrived from.
Her medication list: each one with its dose and how often it is taken, and who added it.
The week across the top and the chosen day beneath it, every item carrying a name, a time and how urgent it is.
Two ways to reach a clinician from inside the app, either one going to the same practitioner partner.
Documents, calendar and care circle access, under the open tasks for one person.
The same person's permissions, set one line at a time: view only on check-ins, care notes and the calendar, editing on medications, readings, documents and video calls. Revoking their access is a button at the bottom.
The care circle

The plan belongs to the person

Their appointments, their medications, their notes and their documents. People are given access to it in VivaLynx rather than each keeping a version — so when a caregiver changes, or one sibling takes over from another, nothing has to be rebuilt.

Readings sit against limits set for that person. While they are in range nothing is sent at all. When one crosses, everybody in the circle hears at the same moment, and each of them sees the part that is theirs to do.

The person at the center chooses who is in the circle and what each of them can see.

Three generations and a caregiver round a dinner table, a grandmother serving from a dish while a girl holds out her plate.

“The app I have, I think of as a caregiver on the go. I don’t have to be physically in the house. I can see what’s going on in the house anytime from anywhere.”

Susan C., Caregiver

“The program is positively impacting the lives of those enrolled and is allowing individuals and caregivers to have peace of mind, while aging in place.”

Setting it up takes one evening

Download VivaLynx — no card, no hardware, nothing installed in the house. Invite the people who already help, and each one arrives with the view that fits their role. Put in what you already know: the appointments, the medications, the two or three things worth keeping an eye on. Add the rest when you want to.
